3 Form - 2A English and/ or Hindi Declaration English and/ or Hindi Declaration as to place of Ordinary Residence by a member of an armed police force of a State, who is serving outside that State (along with specified service qualification) for enrolment as service elector in the previous part of electoral roll.
4 Form - 3 English and/ or Hindi Declaration as to place of Ordinary Residence by an individual working under the Government of India in a position outside India (having service qualification) for enrolment as service elector in the previous part of electoral roll.
